Love Your Grass
It’s my lawn that I want to keep looking trim, green, and lush. It doesn’t take long for it to get over grown and a bit shaggy.
The sight of a well groomed yard is delightful and easy on the eyes. When there are bushes and shrubs, flowers and trees to frame the picture, it becomes clear that someone was paying attention to the details.
How about your thoughts? Do they get over grown with weeds of negativity, doubt and discouragement?
Keep a close eye on the details of your mind. Mow those negative thoughts down on a regular basis. Notice when it is time to groom your thinking in order to keep your attitude positive.
You can let positive thinking happen or make positive thinking happen. When you choose to Love yourself, you are tending to details.
You are in charge of the tractor or the mower. Don’t make excuses, just get rid of the thinking that does not support your success.
Love Your Slim Self and keep your mind well groomed, looking good and working for you.
Be well and stay that way,

Love Your Thinking
Summer is handing us all a delightful entrance into the autumn of the year. No doubt about it.. the weather will change, the leaves on the trees will change, your clothing will change, your activities will change, your eating habits will change and even your thinking will change.
You have no control over the seasons changing, no control over the weather or the color of the leaves, but you do have control over your thinking.
Choose your thoughts carefully and with intention. Remind yourself that: “Right Thought” creates “Right Speech” and “Right Speech” sets the stage for “Right Action”…use these tools when stepping out into the world.
Whether by yourself, in your work or with your family and loved ones, stay vigilant to your thinking. By keeping your thoughts, your speech and your actions positive and compassionate, you will continually open the door of tomorrow with grace and gratitude.
Make sure you are giving yourself the positive messages to encourage and continue the change for your wellbeing and your success.
Each time you acknowledge a loving part of yourself, you are building strong skills to Love Your Slim Self.
Be well and stay that way,
