Research supports the fact that preparing the learning environment is vital to successful acquisition of information. What does it take to prepare the child’s mind for the readiness of learning? Once students are prepared for learning, the assessment of learning becomes a more positive and accurate accounting. Teachers are also required to be ready to teach and prepared to meet the expectations of the curriculum and eager to help children do their best.
Scope of Services:
Participants will explore:
New Brain research supports the fact that children can learn new skills and strategies which will help them to restructure and train their brains to find new and better ways to concentrate, express compassion, deal with stress manage their emotions and foster competent learning.
Participants will experience, practice and integrate:
New skills and strategies into their personal teaching and learning competence by using: Mindsight, Mindfulness and Social and Emotional Intelligence
The theoretical impact of creative awareness, mindful attention, effective and efficient learning, brain functioning and the integration of compassion
will reinforce the skills and strategies which make it possible for teachers to teach with ease and joy.
